jl 29 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
Deposits: jl 29 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jl 29 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
jl 29 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests. jl 29 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully satisfied prior to processing. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl 29 Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
jl 29's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jl 29 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
jl 29 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting jl 29 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
jl 29 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account. The revised terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
